By engaging the services of Sangat Design Studio, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please refrain from using our services if you do not accept these terms. Our firm provides a comprehensive range of architectural services explicitly detailed in the agreements we sign with our clients. Any modifications to the project scope, timeline, or budget must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may result in additional charges. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered, and we disclaim responsibility for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our client's information, which will only be shared with third parties upon obtaining the client's consent. 

Refund Policy

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. Refunds for design services are assessed on an individual basis; while we strive to meet client expectations through reasonable revisions, partial refunds may be issued if the client remains unsatisfied with the preliminary design. Project management and construction oversight fees are non-refundable once the project has commenced. Disputes regarding these services will be resolved by the terms outlined in the service agreement. In cases of contract termination, refunds will be processed according to the terms specified in the contract, which generally entails covering the costs of work completed up to the termination date.
